These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Arimu Online Payment (as defined below) and/or the Arimu Home Delivery (as defined below) of Arimu Distribution Pte Ltd

By using and/or accessing the Arimu Online Payment, you agree to be bound by and comply with this Agreement. If you do not accept this Agreement, please immediately discontinue your use of and/or access to the Arimu Online Payment.

1.1. In this Agreement, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings: -.

  • 1.1.1. "Account" means an account that you have created and registered with Arimu Online Payment ;
  • 1.1.2. " Arimu", "we", "us" or "our" means Arimu Home Delivery;
  • 1.1.3. "Information" means any information or particulars relating to you, the Account, the Instructions or any Transaction;
  • 1.1.4. "Instructions" means any communication, instruction, order, message, data, information or other materials received by us via Arimu Online Payment and referable to your Security Codes, from you or purporting to come from you;
  • 1.1.5. "Payment" means a Transaction which effects a transfer of money;
  • 1.1.6. "Payment Method" means method of effecting Payment;
  • 1.1.7. "Payment Method Provider" means the party providing and/or facilitating the Payment Method (for example, banks and eNETS);
  • 1.1.8. "Transaction" means any transaction or instruction effected or issued, or purported to be effected or issued, by you through Arimu Online Payment
  • 1.1.9. "User" means an end user of the Arimu Online Payment Services (including you).
  • 2.1. You will be responsible for all Transactions through the Arimu Online Payment made by any person, with or without your authority, knowledge or consent, and may not claim against us in connection with any such use or purported use.
  • 2.2. In using the Arimu Online Payment Services, you agree not to:
  • 2.2.1. breach this Agreement;
  • 2.2.2. violate any law, statute or regulation;
  • 2.2.3. infringe any intellectual property right;
  • 2.2.4. impersonate any person or entity;
  • 2.2.5. provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
  • 2.2.6. engage in money laundering activities;
  • 2.2.7. engage in potentially fraudulent, suspicious or illegal activity;
  • 2.2.8. refuse to cooperate in any risk review or investigation conducted by Arimu Online Payment Services, or provide any confirmation of any information about yourself as Arimu Online Payment Services may request;
  • 2.2.10. use any unauthorised third-party software designed to access, crawl or collect from the Arimu Website.
  • 2.2.11. use any unauthorised third-party software that intercepts, mines or otherwise collects information from or through the Arimu Website.
  • 3.1. We may at any time without notice to you or giving any reason: 
  • 3.1.1. change the manner of use of the Arimu Online Payment Services;
  • 3.1.2. limit, suspend or terminate the Arimu Online Payment Services;
  • 3.1.3. disallow any Transaction or allow a Transaction subject to such conditions as we see fit;
  • 3.1.4. revoke or suspend any User's right and authority to use and/or access the Arimu Online Payment Services.
  • 3.2. We may deny you access to the Arimu Online Payment Services without notice to you or giving any reason.
  • 4.1. Any use of and/or access to the Arimu Online Payment Services referable to your Security Codes shall be deemed to be use of and/or access to the Arimu Online Payment Services by you.
  • 4.2. Any Instructions shall be deemed to be transmitted or validly issued by you.
  • 4.3. We are under no obligation to verify the authenticity or accuracy of the Instructions.
  • 4.4. All Instructions are irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Arimu Online Payment Services. We are entitled (but not obliged) to effect or process such Instructions without any further consent from or reference or notice to you.
  • 5.1. Payment may be effected through eNETS, credit card, or any other Payment Method we make available to you.
  • 5.2. Arimu Online Payment Services reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any Payment Method without notice to you or giving any reason.
  • 5.3. You agree that you are subject to the applicable user agreement of your Payment Method.
  • 5.4. You may not claim against us for any failure, disruption or error in connection with your chosen Payment Method.
  • 6.1. You agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Security Codes, and may not claim against us for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to do so.
  • 7.1. All the intellectual property rights in and to the contents of the Arimu Online Payment Services are owned by or licensed for use by Arimu Home Delivery. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, display, broadcast or transmit in any manner or store in an information retrieval system any part of the contents without our prior written consent.
  • 7.2. Any third party software application you use via the Arimu Online Payment Services is subject to the user agreement of the third party. Arimu Home Delivery does not own, control nor have any responsibility or liability for any third party software application you Arimu Online Payment Services. You may not claim against us for any loss or damage resulting from such use.
  • 8.1. You must immediately inform Arimu Home Delivery if you believe, or have reason to believe:
  • 8.1.1. there has been any unauthorised Transaction or Payment;
  • 8.1.2. there has been any unauthorised access to your Account;
  • 8.1.3. there has been any unauthorised use of Security Codes;
  • 8.1.4. the confidentiality of your Security Codes has been compromised; or
  • 8.1.5. there has been an error in your Transaction information/history or you need more information about a Transaction listed in your Transaction information/history.
  • 9.1. We may terminate this Agreement at any time, without prior notice to you or giving any reason. Where we have not given prior notice, we shall as soon as practicable notify you of such termination by any notification method we choose. Such termination shall be effective on and from the date we specify in the notice to you.
  • 9.2. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of termination. You will still be responsible for any Transaction or Payment authorised or purportedly authorised by you prior to the date of termination.
  • 10.1. You agree that you use and/or access the Arimu Online Payment Services entirely at your own risk.
  • 10.2. Arimu Online Payment Services are provided 'as is', and 'as available'. Except as specified in this Agreement or any other applicable terms and conditions, Arimu Online Payment Services without warranties of any kind. Arimu does not warrant the truth, accuracy, adequacy, completeness or reasonableness of the contents of the AXS Network and the AXS Services and expressly disclaims liability for any and all errors or omissions whatsoever.
  • 11.1. Without prejudice to anything contained in this Agreement, Arimu shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any damage, loss or expense including without limitation, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damage, or economic loss arising from or in connection with:
  • 11.1.1. any use and/or access or the inability to use and/or access Arimu Online Payment Services
  • 11.1.2. any Transaction or Payment;
  • 11.1.3. any loss or abuse or unauthorised disclosure of information (including Security Codes); or
  • 11.1.4. any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, interception, delay in operation or transmission, or computer virus.
  • 11.2. Arimu tries our best to ensure that the information and data available on the Arimu Network is correct and up-to-date. Arimu reserves the right to periodically make changes to the information or data on the Arimu Network. This exclusion clause shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • 12.1. Any claim of any nature by the User against Arimu must be commenced within two (2) years after the date on which the cause of action arises, followng which the User shall have no further claim whatsoever against Arimu.
  • 13.1. You agree to indemnify and hold Arimu, and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees or personnel harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party in connection with your use of the Arimu Online Payment Services, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another party.
  • 14.1. Entire Agreement. This Agreement and any subsequent amendments to it constitute the entire agreement between you and Arimu.
  • 14.2. Subject to Change. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time by posting a revised version on the Arimu Network. You should check the terms regularly. The revised version shall be effective on and from the date we specify. Should you not agree with the revised version, you should discontinue your use and/or access of the Arimu Network and/or the Arimu Services.
  • 15.1. Neither we nor any of our personnel shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of any disclosure of any Information which you have consented to us collecting, using or disclosing or where such collection, use or disclosure is allowed under the applicable laws in Singapore.
  • 16.1.1 We will comply with all applicable data protection laws on protecting personal data (as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012) that we receive in connection with the use of the Arimu Online Payment Services
  • 16.1.2. In connection with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you agree that Arimu Home will put in place reasonable security arrangements to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected and secured. In particular, reasonable security arrangements will be taken to prevent any unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, leakage, loss, damage and/or alteration of your personal data. However, we cannot assume responsibility for any unauthorized use of your personal data by third parties which are wholly attributable to factors beyond our control.
  • 16.1.3 We will also put in place measures to ensure that any of your personal data that is in our possession or under our control is destroyed and/or anonymized as soon as it is reasonable to assume that:
  • (a) the purpose for which that personal data was collected is no longer being served by the retention of such personal data; and
  • (b) retention is no longer necessary for any other legal or business purposes.
  • 17.1.1. You may request for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with any item in your Arimu Home Delivery order.
  • 17.1.2. Any claim of refund or request for exchange must be received within two (2) days of the delivery of goods.
  • 17.1.3 Returned items must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase within 2 days of the date you received them.
  • 17.1.4. You can call/email to arrange the return/exchange.
  • 17.2.1. You may cancel the order within 24 hrs via email/call. No cancellation permitted thereafter.
  • 18.1.1. Arimu Home Delivery will only deliver your order to the front door at the stated delivery address. In an event where Arimu Home Delivery has been notified to leave your order on your doorstep, we shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special damages or loss of whatever descriptions.
  • 18.1.2 If there are any changes in the delivery address / contact details made between submission of order and delivery date, customers are to update Arimu Home Delivery at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
  • 19.1. A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce anything in this Agreement (except as expressly described in this Agreement).
  • 20.1. Arimu is required to comply with laws in Singapore which relate to the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and the provision of financial and other services to any persons or entities which may be subject to sanctions. Arimu Home Delivery may take any action which it considers appropriate to take to comply with such laws.
  • 21.1. This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Singapore.
